In the summer I began painting a couple of nude studies.

I carefully took my time to develop a reasonably good technique for drawing them.

The two pieces look best with the softened features and fibers from Washi paper.

By making the colors slightly lighter, the tree fibers from within the Washi paper come to the surface.

The above is from a jpg file used to print on Washi - the final art is softer
